We are a fee-for-service practice — we do not participate in any dental insurance networks. But we file your insurance claim as a courtesy, and reimbursements go directly to you. Most PPO plans cover a meaningful portion of out-of-network specialist care, typically processed within 10–14 days. Our team verifies your benefits before your appointment so you know your expected cost upfront — no surprises. Many patients are surprised to find their out-of-pocket cost is comparable to in-network care once co-pays, annual limits, and coverage restrictions are factored in. Dental insurance annual maximums have stayed at $1,000–$1,500 for forty years — unchanged since the 1970s — while the cost of quality care has grown significantly. In-network practices agree to fee schedules that reward speed and constrain the materials they can use. That means shorter appointments, formulary-limited products, and treatment plans shaped by what a carrier approves rather than what your tooth needs. Fee-for-service removes that constraint. Your diagnosis is based on clinical evidence. Your treatment plan is determined by your anatomy and prognosis — not a coverage code. We work for you, not the insurance company.
New patient appointments begin with a thorough evaluation: clinical exam, dental history review, and diagnostic imaging as needed (including 3D CBCT when indicated, at no additional charge for the imaging consultation). Dr. Bathina will walk you through a clear, evidence-based treatment plan and honest prognosis before any work begins — and answer every question you have. Treatment appointments are unrushed. The time reserved for you is yours entirely, however long your case demands. Following treatment, a detailed report is sent directly to your referring dentist, and you’ll receive specific restoration recommendations and follow-up guidance.
Fees vary by procedure complexity. We provide a clear cost estimate before any treatment begins — call or email our office and we’ll give you a pre-treatment quote. We’re transparent about pricing because we believe you should know what to expect before you commit. There is no balance billing after the fact. Payment is due at time of service, and we accept all major credit cards. For patients with PPO dental insurance, we file the claim and you receive reimbursement directly from your carrier.
